Why I do this
Big SaaS is built for everyone, and that's exactly why it fits no one perfectly. Every business is different — you take orders via WhatsApp, track inventory in spreadsheets, reconcile payments by hand. Until recently, having a system built for your business meant six-figure budgets and quarter-long projects.

Why Korean-speaking SMBs
I sit on both sides — 12 years of enterprise architecture in Korea, then 5+ years building for the Australian market. For SMBs that need to work in Korean (or whose teams are bilingual), there's almost nobody who can hold both contexts at once. Requirements workshops in Korean, deployment in Australia, compliance with both. That's the bridge SJSoftware exists to be.
