One Body Physiotherapy is a Western Australian clinic with an unusual proposition: every treatment session contributes to global health initiatives. They needed a site that led with that story while also converting visitors into booked appointments.
Challenge
- Communicate the social-giving model without overshadowing core clinical credibility
- Surface the right funding pathways (Medicare CDM, WorkCover WA, Motor Vehicle, DVA) so patients self-qualify before calling
- Embed a third-party booking platform (Splose) that felt native to the design
